Beyond her professional accomplishments, Stacy co-founded a boutique publishing company with her husband Selim, specializing in translating rare 15th to 17th-century manuscripts. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a profound understanding of HR functions, benefits administration, and payroll management, collaborating closely with Senior HR Leaders in organizations of varying scales. With expertise in recruiting, compensation, employee relations, and training, Claranne is known for her unwavering commitment to excellence. Notable among her recent positions are her roles as a Sr. Finance/HR Specialist at Grandview-Management and an HR Business Leader at Mondelez International, where she spearheaded global reporting and analytics efforts. Claranne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University, with a major concentration in diversity and cultural awareness. Actively engaged in volunteer organizations like the United Way and the Cunningham Children’s Home Finance/Human Resources Committee Board, Claranne also enjoys travel, reading, and spending quality time with her family outside of her professional pursuits.
