As the Founder and Principal of Grandview Management, Stacy brings over thirty years of experience as a Leader in Business and Finance Operations, serving as a valued strategic thought partner to her clients. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Stacy excels in organizational excellence and collaborates with her clients to achieve operational success.
Having resided in the Boston area for more than 25 years, Stacy has held prominent roles in well known local businesses and organizations, continuing to serve her clients with unwavering dedication.
Currently, Stacy is spearheading three important roles:
1. Director of Finance & Business Operations for a non-profit nurses organization playing a crucial role in its return to profitability after years of challenge. She also oversees a Political Action Committee for the nurses organization, managing lobbyists and ensuring compliance with the Office of Campaign and Political Finance.
2. Acting Chief of Staff and Director of Business Operations for a pharmaceutical start-up, making significant progress in a groundbreaking drug/device combination product for heart failure, which is in the final stages of gaining acceptance by the FDA. She was instrumental in leading the Project Management of filing the New Drug Application ("NDA") with the FDA and handling the subsequent ("CRL") Complete Response Letter and resubmission. She is managing the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) process overseeing an online Data Room and all legal due diligence for prospective buyers.
3. Head of Financial Operations and & HR & Benefits for a life sciences consulting firm which is making great strides with their top-level strategic consulting to several big name pharma companies.
Stacy has acquired a wealth of knowledge in the pharmaceutical landscape through these most recent roles and very much enjoys the challenges and opportunities for growth and expanding her knowledge base. She is adept at anticipating the specific needs of an organization and understands what is required for success. Her expertise spans a long and impressive career. Prior to launching Grandview Management, Stacy held senior roles in many industries including finance, banking, legal, architecture, hotel & construction, insurance & benefits, and real estate. Her background as a Paralegal for more than a decade offers her clients a great advantage when it comes to contract management & negotiation and her attention to detail has saved her clients millions of dollars. Stacy is exceptionally organized and meticulous and values her clients' needs and confidentiality above all else.
In her "spare" time, Stacy co-Founded a "passion project" with her husband Selim, a boutique publishing company specializes in translating 15th to 17th Century early books and manuscripts predominantly from Latin, Greek, French, Italian and German into English, and then producing and publishing those works. Their works can now be found in the Smithsonian! Stacy and Selim enjoy traveling the world as time allows to make family memories with their son Cameron, exposing him to all the diverse cultures these experiences offer.
Stacy holds a B.S. in Business Management-Finance from the University of Massachusetts and is currently Commissioned as a Notary for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
With over 30 years of experience spanning Human Resources and Finance, Claranne has held pivotal roles across the US, Canada, and internationally. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a profound understanding of HR functions, benefits administration, and payroll management, collaborating closely with Senior HR Leaders in organizations of varying scales. With expertise in recruiting, compensation, employee relations, and training, Claranne is known for her unwavering commitment to excellence. Notable among her recent positions are her roles as a Sr. Finance/HR Specialist at Grandview-Management and an HR Business Leader at Mondelez International, where she spearheaded global reporting and analytics efforts. Claranne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University, with a major concentration in diversity and cultural awareness. Actively engaged in volunteer organizations like the United Way and the Cunningham Children’s Home Finance/Human Resources Committee Board, Claranne also enjoys travel, reading, and spending quality time with her family outside of her professional pursuits.
