As a trusted strategic thought partner, she leverages her deep expertise to help clients achieve organizational excellence and operational success. With a career spanning across multiple industries, Stacy has held prominent roles in some of Boston's most well-known businesses and organizations, always delivering unwavering dedication to her clients.

Some of Stacy’s more recent key accomplishments and successes include:

  • Transforming a small non-profit nurses’ organization from a $32k deficit to a $64k surplus within one year by focusing on increasing revenues and controlling costs.  By revitalizing the membership committee and securing trade agreements for booth appearances at local conferences, she played a key role in transforming the organization back into a thriving entity. In addition, she managed the Political Action Committee and Lobbyists, ensuring compliance with political finance regulations.
  • At a pharmaceutical startup, she successfully managed M&A activities and vendor negotiations, optimizing costs while leading strategic project management initiatives through critical phases, including pre-NDA approval, pre-commercialization, and pre-product launch. She played a pivotal role in overseeing the full NDA submission process, coordinating communications with the FDA, and managing State Pharmacy License Applications across 38 states. Additionally, she collaborated cross-functionally with Clinical, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical Operations teams to ensure seamless alignment with clinical trials and FDA submission requirements.
  •  At a growing life sciences consulting firm, she provided strategic financial leadership, overseeing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, client invoicing, and HR and benefits administration. Joining at its inception with just two employees, she played a key role in scaling the firm to 21 employees and driving a 500% revenue increase over five years. Her efforts in optimizing benefits, managing onboarding, and implementing robust financial systems contributed to the firm's recognition as the 1050th fastest-growing private company in the U.S. on the Inc. 5000 list, positioning it for long-term success.

Stacy’s extensive experience also includes senior roles in finance, banking, legal, architecture, hotel & construction, insurance, benefits, and real estate, with a notable background as a Paralegal. Her expertise in contract management and negotiation has saved clients millions, and her exceptional organizational skills ensure meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Stacy co-founded a boutique publishing company with her husband Selim, specializing in translating rare 15th to 17th-century manuscripts. Their works are now housed in the Smithsonian. Stacy and Selim enjoy traveling with their son Cameron, creating lasting family memories while immersing themselves in diverse cultures.
