Stacy Nahas is the Founder and Principal of Grandview Management. With over 30 years of leadership experience spanning legal, financial, operational, and regulatory environments, she provides strategic advisory and transaction services to organizations and individuals across Massachusetts. Her work is grounded in disciplined execution, financial stewardship, regulatory awareness, and meticulous attention to detail — supporting clients through periods of growth, transition, and complex decision-making.

Stacy brings a rare multidisciplinary foundation that bridges legal precision, financial oversight, and operational leadership. Over the course of her career, she has served as a trusted thought partner to founders, executive teams, and boards, helping organizations build strong infrastructure, navigate regulatory complexity, and position themselves for long-term sustainability. Her experience extends from early-stage growth and operational buildout to high-stakes transactional and compliance environments where accuracy and strategic coordination are critical.

Her background includes ten years as a paralegal, senior-level financial and operational leadership within life sciences and growth-stage companies, and extensive experience managing complex transactions including mergers & acquisitions, multi-state regulatory filings, and FDA coordination. She has worked at the intersection of finance, compliance, and executive operations — ensuring organizations move forward with clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes.

Claranne Gleason serves as Director of Human Resources & Benefits at Grandview Management, bringing over 30 years of experience across HR and finance functions in the United States, Canada, and international markets. She has partnered closely with senior leadership teams in organizations of varying size and complexity, providing strategic support across talent management, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development.

Her expertise includes recruiting, compensation strategy, employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics. Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, Claranne contributes structured, data-informed HR leadership that supports operational stability and workforce growth. Prior to joining Grandview Management, Claranne held senior HR roles including HR Business Leader at Mondelez International, where she led global reporting and analytics initiatives. Claranne is actively involved in community service through organizations such as United Way and the Cunningham Children’s Home Finance/Human Resources Committee Board. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys travel, reading, and time with her family.
