Stacy Nahas is the Founder and Principal of Grandview Management. With 25+ years of leadership experience spanning legal, financial, operational, and estate/property environments, she provides strategic advisory, transaction, and household management services to organizations, families, and individuals across Massachusetts.

Her work is grounded in disciplined execution, financial stewardship, regulatory awareness, and meticulous attention to detail, supporting clients through periods of growth, transition, and complex decision-making, and bringing that same rigor to the private households and properties she personally manages for UHNW families.

Stacy brings a rare multidisciplinary foundation that bridges legal precision, financial oversight, and operational leadership. Over the course of her career she has served as a trusted thought partner to founders, executive teams, and boards, helping organizations build strong infrastructure, navigate regulatory complexity, and position themselves for long-term sustainability.

Her background includes ten years as a paralegal, senior-level financial and operational leadership within life sciences and growth-stage companies, and direct support of high-net-worth individuals at Bain Capital, managing personal financial and tax matters with the discretion and precision that environment demands.

Earlier in her career, Stacy served as Personal Assistant to an internationally renowned jewelry designer, directly managing household staff and coordinating operations across several private residences worldwide. That experience, running complex, multi-property households for a high-profile UHNW principal, remains the foundation of Grandview's Estate & Property Management practice today, and the standard of discretion she brings to every household she serves.

Stacy actively integrates AI-powered tools across all client engagements, including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Wave, Perplexity and Notion, to deliver smarter analysis, leaner workflows, and more informed decision-making.

In 2026, Stacy expanded Grandview's service platform to include residential real estate through MoonHaven Group, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, bringing the same financial discipline and strategic rigor to buyers, sellers, and investors across Greater Boston and Upper Cape Cod.

As the owner and operator of Nautical Point Properties, a vacation rental and rental operations consulting firm based in Sagamore Beach on the Upper Cape, Stacy brings firsthand knowledge of the short-term rental market to her consulting practice, helping Upper Cape property owners build the business infrastructure behind their rental so it runs professionally, efficiently, and without consuming their life.
