Stacy Nahas is the Founder and Principal of Grandview Management, providing senior-level operational leadership to private families, property owners and select businesses.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning business operations, finance, legal environments, project leadership and private household management, Stacy brings an uncommon combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to complex environments.

Her approach is grounded in discretion, sound judgment, financial discipline and exceptional follow-through, whether overseeing the operations of a private estate, advising a growing business or guiding a client through an important real estate decision.

Stacy's career has been defined by one consistent role: being the person trusted to take ownership when the details are complex, the stakes are high and follow-through matters.

Her multidisciplinary background spans legal, financial and operational leadership. She began her career as a paralegal, developing the precision, confidentiality and attention to detail that would become hallmarks of her work. She later moved into senior business and financial operations, working alongside founders, executives and boards to strengthen organizations, manage complex projects and bring structure to periods of growth and transition. Her experience also includes supporting high-net-worth individuals at Bain Capital, where her responsibilities included highly confidential personal financial and tax matters requiring exceptional discretion and accuracy.

Earlier in her career, Stacy served as Personal Assistant to an internationally renowned jewelry designer, directly managing household staff and coordinating day-to-day operations across private residences in New York, Bali, Toronto and San Francisco. The role extended far beyond traditional personal assistance. Stacy managed staff, vendors and contractors; coordinated complex domestic and international travel; handled confidential personal and household matters; and served as a trusted point of contact across multiple residences. That experience established the standard of discretion, anticipation and accountability that defines Grandview's Estate & Property Management practice today. Stacy also brings an owner's perspective to property management through firsthand experience overseeing multiple residences, including a historic Victorian home in Newton Centre, a seasonal Cape Cod property and a Manhattan residence.

Throughout her career, Stacy has held senior operational and financial roles across life sciences, healthcare, professional services, nonprofit organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. Her work has included financial management and budgeting, business operations, regulatory compliance, contract and vendor negotiations, organizational development and complex project leadership, including serving as Project Manager for an FDA New Drug Application involving a drug-device combination product. Through Grandview, Stacy provides that experience to founders, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and select businesses through both project-based engagements and ongoing fractional leadership.

Stacy is also a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson with MoonHaven Group through Keller Williams Realty, representing buyers and sellers across Greater Boston and Upper Cape Cod.

Her real estate work is informed by her broader experience as a property owner and operator, giving clients a practical perspective that extends beyond the transaction to the realities of ownership, improvements, vendors, maintenance and long-term stewardship. She also owns and operates Nautical Point Properties, providing firsthand knowledge of seasonal property and rental operations on Upper Cape Cod.
